We reserve the right to:

Decline service at our discretion

2. Customer Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are legally eligible to make purchases under applicable laws
You are authorized to enter into this agreement
You understand and accept responsibility for import regulations in your country

3. Plant Condition & Appearance

All plants sold by Aroid Asia are live plants and naturally unique. Please note:

Variations in size, color, and leaf shape are normal
Product images are representative only
Minor differences do not qualify as defects
Exact visual matches to photos are not guaranteed

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
Prices may be adjusted without prior notice
Orders will only be processed after full payment is received
We reserve the right to cancel transactions caused by pricing errors or suspicious activity

5. Order Confirmation & Handling

After an order is confirmed:

Orders are considered binding. Cancellation requests submitted more than 3 days after order placement will not be accepted.
Plant preparation and export documentation will commence immediately
Customers must ensure order details are correct before submitting payment

6. Shipping Responsibility

Shipping arrangements are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Aroid Asia is not liable for:

Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or courier services
Import permit requirements or agricultural restrictions in destination countries
Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or inspection fees

7. Refunds & Claims

Refunds and claims are governed by our Refund & Claim Policy.

All transactions are final. Claims must be submitted in accordance with the stated procedures and time limits.

8. Import Compliance

Buyers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

Verifying plant import eligibility in their country
Securing required import permits
Complying with all local agricultural and customs regulations

No refunds will be issued for shipments refused, seized, or destroyed by authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aroid Asia shall not be held responsible for:

Plant loss or deterioration caused by circumstances beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages
Issues arising after delivery due to improper handling or unsuitable growing conditions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All website materials, including but not limited to:

Written content
Images and graphics
Logos and brand elements

are the exclusive property of Aroid Asia and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

Engage in unlawful activities through the website
Attempt to disrupt website functionality or security
Submit inaccurate or misleading information
