By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies regarding international plant shipping.
1. Important Notice

Shipping live plants internationally carries natural and unavoidable risks, including potential stress or damage during transit.

Customers who are not comfortable with these risks are encouraged not to proceed with an order.

Orders may only be canceled within 3 days after purchase. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Shipping Methods
Option 1: Consolidated Cargo Shipping (USA Only)

This service is exclusively available for United States destinations.
-
No Import Permit or Green & Yellow Label is required from the buyer.

Shipments are dispatched approximately twice per month.
-
Plants are first sent to our logistics partners located in New Jersey or Miami for inspection, repacking, and quality control.
-
Historically, this method has proven to be the safest option with minimal plant loss.

Final domestic delivery within the USA is handled by USPS (Standard Shipping).

Expedited delivery (Next Day Service) is available upon request with additional charges, based on destination.
Option 2: DHL Express Worldwide

Available for all international destinations.

Buyers are responsible for providing:

Import Permit

Required plant shipping labels (subject to local regulations)

This is a direct door-to-door shipment from our greenhouse.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by the destination country and courier and are fully borne by the customer.

We are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.
3. Phytosanitary & Plant Health Documents

Every shipment is accompanied by an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Authority.

Prior to certification, all plants undergo laboratory testing to ensure they are free from pests and diseases.
-
Certification is granted only after a negative laboratory result.

Processing time for inspection and document issuance is approximately 1–2 weeks.
4. Shipping Promotion

Orders with a total value exceeding USD 700 qualify for free international shipping.
5. Arrival Issues & Claims
In the Event of Plant Damage:

Customers must provide clear photos and unedited videos immediately upon receipt.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof cannot be processed.
Available Solutions:

Reshipment Program
We will resend the plants at no cost (plant value covered). Customers are only required to pay a USD 50 shipping fee. -
Partial Compensation
A refund equal to 50% of the plant price (excluding shipping and tax).
6. Dispute Handling

Filing a dispute through PayPal before contacting us may delay resolution.

7. Country-Specific Regulations
Import Permit Commonly Required:
United States, Canada, Philippines, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Cambodia, Israel, Zambia, and most African countries.
Import Permit Commonly Not Required:
Most European countries, Japan, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Maldives, Poland, Slovenia, and other Middle Eastern destinations.
Special Notes:

UK imports require a valid EORI or PICH number.

Shipments to Mexico must be registered under a company entity.
