To support recovery after long-distance shipping:
- Light: place in bright shade, avoid strong sunlight for the first week
- Water: keep soil slightly damp, never overly wet
- Humidity: higher humidity (around 70%) recommended during initial days
- Temperature: ideal range is 20–28°C, avoid cold exposure
- Adjustment period: wait 1–2 weeks before repotting or major handling

You don’t need to prepare any paperwork. We handle and provide complete export documentation, including:
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Commercial Invoice

- Additional standard export documents (as applicable)
Claims & DOA Cases
Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package.
- We will offer either:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
- Claim requirements: clear unboxing photos and/or a short video for verification
