Post-Arrival Care (Quick Guide)
To help your Anthurium adapt after international transit:
- Light — Bright, indirect light (avoid direct sunlight, especially during the first 7–10 days)
- Water — Keep the medium consistently moist; avoid letting it dry out completely or become waterlogged
- Humidity — High humidity is highly recommended (70%+ ideal during the first week)
- Temperature — Best between 70–86°F; avoid temperatures below 62°F
- Acclimation tip — Allow 10–14 days for the plant to stabilize before repotting or making major changes

You don’t need to prepare any paperwork. We handle and provide complete export documentation, including:

Claims & DOA Cases
Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package.
- We will offer either:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
- Claim requirements: clear unboxing photos and/or a short video for verification
