- Light — Bright, indirect light (tolerates medium light; avoid direct sunlight)
- Water — Keep medium lightly moist; avoid overwatering or letting it dry out completely
- Humidity — Moderate to high humidity is preferred (60–70% ideal during the first week)
- Temperature — Best between 68–86°F; avoid temperatures below 60°F
- Acclimation tip — Allow 7–14 days to recover before repotting or making major changes

Claims & DOA Cases
Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package.
- We will offer either:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
